Sizing Details

All shirts are unisex and run true to size. Please refer to the sizing guide located in the photo section of each listing. For non-apparel items, size specifications will be indicated within the listing description. 

Gift Messaging and Packaging

We are not able to offer gift messaging or packaging at this time. No pricing information is included in the packaging, but if you'd like a gift message we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.

Care Instructions For Apparel

- Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle
- Dry on low heat setting
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on design

Delivery Dates

Delivery times are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered outside of their estimated window due to carrier delays. Please anticipate delays during busy holiday times in November and December and order early! 

Design and/or Print Issues

Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

Returns/Exchanges

All items are made to order for each customer, therefore all sales are FINAL. Exchanges/refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller or arrives damaged/defective.
 Please contact us if you have any problems with your order because your happiness is a priority! 

I entered the wrong address for shipping. What do I do?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If you notice an error prior to shipping, reach out to us immediately and we will attempt to correct it.
If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our printing partner and we have no way of recovering them.
In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.
